GO AUTO VAN RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

  • All spare parts are eligible for 3 months warranty (unless stated otherwise).
  • Go Auto warranty covers from the start date of purchase. Kindly check product compatibility / requirement before purchasing.
  • Warranty terms applies provided the product is handled properly for its intended use, in accordance to its operating instructions.
  • All warranty will be immediately invalidated if unauthorised repairs are made or attempted by unauthorised personnel or the documents/product/model/ have been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible in any way.
  • Warranty may not apply or will be voided if defects caused by abuse, misuse, accident, transport damage, improper installation, incompatibility of the product.
  • If any products are found damage upon receiving, customer should not accept the parcel and must return to the courier representative immediately.
  • We only accept the returns of unused/faulty/defective/incorrect items purchase on authorised website or platform.
  • The return request must be made within 3 business days from the order received date.
  • The return item must be handed over to the courier company within 3 business days upon Go Auto Van’s (GVT Sdn Bhd)approval of your request.
  • Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.
  • Any shipping costs associated with the return of the item(s) will NOT be covered by Go Auto Van.
  • Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • Refunds will be made to the original form of payment within 14 business days from the date of reception of the return parcel.
  • An email will be sent to notify on the status of return or refund.

HOW TO RETURN / REFUND PRODUCTS

  1. Please email us at enquiry@goautovan.my as soon as possible to explain the reason for return, indicate the order number, attach an image of the item or parcel received, name the return items and quantity.
  2. Go Auto Van Team will provide to you the appointed return address and other instructions for return process if the return or refund request is approved according to the Return / Refund Policy.
  3. The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the returned item until it reaches us. Go Auto Van will not be liable for any damage or loss of the product prior to Go Auto Van receiving it.
  4. The customer is advised to pack the returned item securely to avoid any damages to the item, shipping box, or its originalpackaging.
  5. Any items returned without Go Auto Van’s approval will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.
