Activities at Our Company Retreat

On the first day, we held a morning Tai Shou session. This was an engaging and entertaining way to get the team together and focused on their breathing and movements. We sought to hold a company retreat that would be impactful for our employees. We decided to focus on team building activities that would help bring our team together, as well as give them new skills to bring back to the office. A relaxed atmosphere was key for this event, with an emphasis on fun and creativity. The activity was then followed by a very fun group game.
