Warranty

GO AUTO warrants that your new GO AUTO vehicle is free from defects in material or workmanship subject to the following terms and conditions. The Authorized GO AUTO Service Outlets/Dealers will make the necessary repairs, using new GO AUTO genuine parts or remanufactured parts to rectify any problems covered by this Limited Warranty without any charge to you under normal use and maintenance.

A. BASIC WARRANTY COVERAGE

1) Defects

This warranty covers any REPAIRS needed during the WARRANTY PERIOD due to defects in material or workmanship.

2) Warranty Period

The warranty period for all coverage begins from the date the vehicle is registered by the owner. (as shown on the cover of this booklet) and ends on the expiry of the BASIC COVERAGE or other coverage shown below (whichever is earlier).

3) Basic Coverage

The basic WARRANTY PERIOD is 36 months or 100,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. All items except those specified in this booklet, are covered during this period.

4) GO AUTO Service Parts Warranty

GO AUTO warrants that the parts installed in replacement of the defective parts at the owner’s cost are free from defects in material and workmanship even after the vehicle’s warranty has already expired. In case a service part is being replaced during the vehicle’s warranty period, the part will still be covered under warranty for the remaining period. The warranty remains effective until the vehicle has been driven for a certain period of time and mileage prescribed in the Warranty Agreement.
